Delivery and Returns
When you make a purchase, you should receive a confirmation email detailing your order. Once the order has been dispatched, you should receive another email with the tracking number and information (if applicable) Check your spam folder, as sometimes it gets spammed.
We make every effort to keep the delivery charges as low as possible but for the moment we’re using EMS
The limited edition prints arrive rolled and wrapped in acid free tissue, in postal tubes but sometimes for the hand embellished prints and originals on paper this will ship out Flat. Everything else arrives in various packaging, and is on the whole very well protected. If anything is damaged upon arrival, please let us know within 7 days. We will arrange for return of the items and either replace them or offer a full refund.
Please remove the prints from the tubes CAREFULLY! They’re delicate, and we can’t refund you if you’ve damaged it.
You may also exercise your right to cancel your order up to 7 days after receipt, with no real reason at all, for a full refund. If you would like to do this, you must notify us in writing here: [email protected], However, the goods must arrive back to us in perfect condition, at your own expense, and your refund will exclude the original postage costs. We would recommend using a trackable, insured delivery service.
Limited edition prints , Signed items, Originals will need to be signed for, and are sent by Japan Post Recommend or EMS.
